Alexander Vialy, Esq. - Senior Associate
Alex is an experienced litigator who represents employees in a wide range of employment disputes, including discrimination and harassment claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), wrongful termination actions, and complex wage and hour matters. He has successfully guided cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, and trial, and does not hesitate to take a case before a jury when necessary to achieve justice for his clients.
Alex’s litigation experience is grounded in clerkships with judges throughout the nation. Before joining Levine Labor Law, Alex also practiced with a national firm defending Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes insurance litigation—experience that now when representing aggrieved workers.
Outside the courtroom, Alex enjoys hiking, cooking, and reading about history, philosophy, and artificial intelligence. .
